The program is a web-based solution that can be accessed anytime and from anywhere. When someone is recognized, the recognition is visible and instant! The program provides us with the opportunity to spread a culture of appreciation by celebrating wins together and giving thanks on a daily basis.

Employees can be recognized in two ways.

1. Peer-to-peer recognition: An employee can recognize a colleague by posting thanks on the recognition platform. Once a comment is posted, all LGESMI employees will see the words of recognition on their feed. Co-workers cannot provide monetary gifts to fellow employees.
2. Points system: Points will be received by employees who achieve OSI, Employee of the Month, and NRA. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for an item in the online rewards catalog. An employee can also choose to redeem the points in the form of cash in their paycheck!
   Points have no value until redeemed. As long as you are employed with LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc., any points you have received will not expire.

You can access the program by logging on to the Energize Y.O.U. platform. Please use your company ID to log onto Energize Y.O.U.

The process of recognizing another employee is simple! Follow the instructions below:

1. Log into the program with your program credentials.
2. On the dashboard, click GIVE RECOGNITION (this can also be accessed using the left menu under "Recognition.")
3. Type the NAME of the employee you would like to recognize.
4. Recognize someone by typing a note to the employee that you are recognizing. Be specific about what the employee did to receive a recognition from you. (Please note your comments will be visible on the site.)
5. Select the appropriate category that aligns with the recognition.
6. Click SEND RECOGNITION and you are done! The recipient will receive an email notification.

Redeem your points for an item in the online rewards catalog by following these steps:

Yes! The message that you type in will not only be visible to the employee, but also across the company under “Recent Recognitions” (on the dashboard and recognition pages).

Yes! Energize Y.O.U. can be accessed anywhere on a mobile device or computer. This platform can be used on any device with Wi-Fi.

The system will default to your first and last name as listed in ADP. You can update your name in the site by clicking "Edit Profile."

If you are typing a name of an employee and it does not populate, check the following: The employee may go by a "Preferred" or "Legal" name in the system. If you are still unsure, please contact Gerrit Armbruster for confirmation via .

Yes. There are no program limitations for recognition. You can send an employee as much recognition as you wish, as many times as you wish.

Yes! You can redeem your points for cash to be placed on your paycheck. Once you redeem your points, please allow a few weeks to see this reflected on your pay check.

Employees who are eligible to receive points can redeem them at any time. Points do not expire unless employment is terminated.

Yes. Since the reward is considered a gift, employees will be responsible for the tax on the items that are redeemed. Once an item is redeemed, the HR Service Center team will receive the tax information and issue the appropriate tax on the following pay check.

Shipping is included when you redeem your item. There will be no additional fees for shipping.

You can view a reward that you have redeemed previously by following these steps:
-After logging into the program, click on My Rewards in the left menu.
-Click on the View Prize button to view the prize details.

If you have been recognized by someone in the system, you will receive an email from noreply@energizeyou.ignite.team

You can also view the details of your recognition in the program site by clicking:
Recognition -> Recognition History
If your recognition included points, these will be automatically deposited into your profile under "Points" in the left menu.

Your Employee ID can be found on your company ID or on ADP. It will be the last six digest on the back of your employee ID badge. On ADP once you log in, look under "Myself" – "My Information" - "Profile" – "Position ID". Use the last six digits.

You will lose any points you did not redeem before your termination date.
